Wedding

The renewal of vows/wedding for my parents was a success! No drama during the ceremony, but a lot of arguing, stress and me having an anxiety attack the days before and week after. I am uploading pictures when DA lets me, cause i promised to and cause I'm proud of the pictures.


Contest

My contest is now on hold. I don't have the funds right now, and I am waiting on one of the parents to be drawn. I have some of the details written down and saved.
If anyone has hosted a contest where the people that enter draw the kids of two ocs, please give me some advice.


House

I will be moving by the end-first of the year! This is good news for us because we are actually buying the house and not renting. The house needs TLC and a good bit of fixing up, but its got land to it and is in a nice location. This is also one reason I am having to postpone my contest. It also means I won't be commissioning art for a little while. So my house is fixing to be filled with boxes and I'm gonna be helping my dad re-floor the house, build pens and such for the next months.

So I'm basically gonna turn into my dad's fourth son instead of his third daughter for a while. I will most likely post pictures of before and after we start working on it. The plus to this house is no carpet, anywhere and I can paint my walls, ceiling whatever I friking want to do now. 


Job + Car

My job is going fairly well, but its keeping me busy five out of seven days a week. I like my job, but my boss can be a pain in the ass. I plan to seek a better job in the not so distant future. With my job I also got a car that I'm paying for, but I love it. The best part is it's in mine and my fathers names and my dad cried when I told him this. Seeing a 67 year old hard hearted man cry is the weirdest sight in the world. 


Writing

I am still writing, but I've got a lot of projects started that I just haven't been able to finish yet. Most of my stories are under reconstruction.
Moonlight Rain is at a stand still until i can get back into writing on it.
Behind the Scenes is under going a full rewrite, because I have new oc's that hadn't been developed and I wanna change my oc a bit.
Akabara Sisters is under a full blown rewrite, but I haven't started it yet and have deleted the first three chapters four times already.

Wedding

Wedding is planned and we are getting ready for it. I'm nervous as hell and I'm waiting for the final decorations. We've got the dress, the shoes, Daddy is in, Bridesmaids, Maid of Honor, Groomsmen and the Best Man are getting their outfits. My older siblings are helping with food and decorations. I'm somewhat relieved, but still iffy cause we don't all get along with each other; being seventeen years younger than the youngest of them makes one nervous.

I got a job back at the very first place I worked; meaning I have limited time to myself and even less in the fall. Only downside is I now have a car payment, but I love my car!

My commissioning people problem? it's still here. I actually just ordered a ref sheet for my baby boy and put one on a wait list for my sisters baby boy. I love art. I mean I really love art to the point that I love to have pictures drawn of my ocs and even fanart. Plus a lot of the artists i commission are super nice and it doesn't take them forever to finish a commission. I'm not hitting at anyone either; I am a patient person, I understand that the artists have a life and have a lot of commissions. Only thing that gets me is when its been over a year and you haven't heard a word from them. I shall not rant cause I can't rant.

I am still buying Christmas presents and I have two graduation gifts to buy for my lovely adopted sisters. One gift I want to get one of them for Christmas is expensive....a plushie should not be that expensive! My mom's gift is expensive too, but at least I can make payments on it. My dad, oh geez, it's really hard to buy something for the man that has everything.

Contest

I will be setting this up to start in August (Maybe later) and it will be a two part kind of thing. It will be a design an oc kind of contest in which someone will be making twin boys that have cat/fox mix ears and tails in human (hybrid) form. They have a little sister that I have an idea in mind for; its a very simple design cause she's the spitting image of her 'Papa'. The second part is designing their animal form which is a cross of a Fennec Fox and a Jungle Cat. I will be permitting anyone that wants to partake to enter both parts, you can even use one image as long as it has both human and animal forms. This will be a cash prize contest and it will be whatever USD is in whatever currency the winning participants currency.

Writing

My writing is very slow and right now its all about my baby and my sisters baby; both being male ocs. I may post more of my fan fictions here and I will post more one-shots. Nothing I have written so far has been mature, but I am working towards that; probably only write mature once. I will be writing a boyXboy story and canonXoc stories.

I do not mind constructive criticism, but I don't like hate. It makes no one feel good to be hated on when they are writing something they enjoy.

We got my moms wedding dress!!!

We went the weekend before my birthday to Ross. It's a dress shop and we went to look at dresses (of course XD) and we found her wedding dress; it's really pretty especially with the small alterations she's made.

She also bought me two dresses and two half jackets that are hard to find in my particular size. It was an early 22nd birthday present and my sister sent my a wolf statue while another sent me a funny card.

Yeah I turned 22 the day before Mother's Day and my oldest brother decided to cook for our mom Mother's Day; my niece cooked me a cake.

Contest idea update

I am still planning my design the twins contest. Only problem I may have is I can't seem to collect up the prize money I want to offer.

The reasons this is so hard:

A: I am unemployed and only make money from cutting grass; which atm is only one yard.

B: I am maybe a little too giving and love art a lot; meaning  I commission a lot of people when I can

C: I am the one who buys Christmas at my house; my list is short, but I love to spoil certain people in my family.
It's especially hard when my father isn't a very giving person.

D: I really hate myself for said traits at points, but I don't regret being a giving person.

Writing

I am a Fanfiction writer; not the best, but I enjoy it when I don't have writers block.

I'm curious as to if anyone would be interested in me posting a few of them here and giving me some feedback (nothing harsh or incredibly rude).
